Meet your trainer

Hi, my name is Anna! I have been an elite athlete for 20+ years. I competed as a nordic skier from age 8 through sophomore year in college. After stepping off the ski team in 2016, I discovered I had a passion for athletics beyond endurance. I started educating myself in the science of strength training, the important role of flexibility, and how nutrition and recovery ties it all together. I graduated with a degree in Exercise Science from St. Lawrence University in 2018 , and since became certified as a 200hr Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher, and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. I specialize in helping people develop consistent habits that eventually develop into a love and lifestyle for staying fit.
